Job Description
Hi we are new start up IT company looking very a beautiful female receptionist, with basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
-
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
Administrative Support
-
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages.

Maintain office security by following procedures such as monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and notifying staff of guest arrivals.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff or meeting rooms as needed.

Assist in administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and data entry.
Customer and Client Relations
-
Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors regarding services, staff availability, or office procedures.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally or direct them to the appropriate department.

Build rapport with regular clients and visitors to ensure a personalized and high-quality service experience.
Coordination and Communication
-
Liaise with internal departments to relay messages and coordinate meetings or events.

Maintain an up-to-date contact list of staff and key clients/vendors.
-
Help coordinate office functions, meetings, or events as assigned by management.

Track attendance and assist with administrative logs as required.
Office Supplies and Records

Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages.

Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and deliveries.

Ensure all front desk documentation, files, and contact lists are up to date.
Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems.

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
