We are looking for a dynamic Female Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and be the voice of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Calling & Follow-ups – Call leads generated daily, understand customer needs, pitch products/services, and convert leads into sales.
- Deal Closing – Confidently handle objections and finalize sales to meet monthly targets.
- CRM & Funnel Management – Maintain and update lead status in our sales funnel/CRM system.
- Social Media Engagement – Participate in short product videos, reels, and photo shoots for brand promotion (basic camera comfort required).
- Customer Relationship Management – Build rapport with clients for repeat sales and referrals.
- Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and social media.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or digital marketing preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
