Job Description
We are looking for a Female Secretary and Assistant to join our team at Accord Grand Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative, creative, and operational tasks. As a part of this job, you will work closely with the company owner and assist in managing daily operations across our sub-brands including Golden Today, Accord Grand E-commerce, and Ayurveda of India. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, giving timely reminders, preparing important documentation when required, creating creatives using Canva, coordinating with vendors for our ayurvedic products, and keeping track of logistics. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs. 25000 - 30,000 along with fully furnished accommodation, three meals daily, travel allowance, and a company vehicle for local commuting, with excellent growth opportunities.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing timely reminders for all meetings, engaging in professional conversations with vendors, and assisting in the creation of posters and creatives using Canva. Strong English communication skills are required to effectively understand instructions, handle correspondence, and complete assigned tasks. The role also demands good internet research abilities, proficiency in laptop use, data management in Excel, and strong organisational and management skills.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a bachelor’s degree or atleast 12th pass, with at least 1–3 years of relevant experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Google Docs/sheets, Canva, and ChatGpt; strong internet research skills; excellent multitasking and time-management abilities; logical thinking; and the capability to prioritise tasks. The candidate must have good English communication skills, a professional attitude, strong interpersonal abilities, and the willingness to work closely with senior management on day-to-day business activities.
