Job Summary
We are seeking qualified and passionate female teachers from Berhampur City who can teach one or more of the following subjects:

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver subject-specific lessons in a clear and engaging manner.

Design and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines.

Teach and guide students individually or in groups as per their academic levels.

Monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.

Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a positive learning environment.

Provide regular feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.

Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and subject knowledge.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and academic planning activities.
Subject Expertise
You may apply if you are confident in teaching any of the following subjects:
1. Physics

Strong foundation in concepts like mechanics, electricity, magnetism, thermodynamics, and modern physics.

Ability to explain abstract concepts with real-life applications.
2. Chemistry

Expertise in organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry.

Should be able to simplify complex chemical equations and reactions.
3. Biology

In-depth understanding of botany, zoology, human anatomy, and physiology.

Ability to make the subject engaging with visuals and practical examples.
4. Commerce

Should be able to teach subjects like Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics.

Practical knowledge of commerce principles is essential.
5. Arts

Teaching skills in drawing, painting, and other visual art forms.

Ability to encourage creativity and artistic expression in students.
Required Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject or education (B.Sc., B.Com, B.A., B.Ed., etc.)

Preferred: Master’s degree and/or B.Ed. in respective subject areas

Previous teaching or tutoring experience is desirable but not mandatory for candidates with strong subject knowledge and communication skills
Essential Skills and Attributes

Fluency in English, Hindi, or Odia (depending on medium of instruction)

Good classroom management and communication skills

Patience, adaptability, and a student-friendly approach

Passionate about teaching and shaping young minds

Ability to use basic digital tools like MS Word, PDFs, or smartboards if required
Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must be a resident of Berhampur City or willing to relocate independently.
