A Female Telecaller Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, assisting customers, and promoting company products or services. The role involves customer interaction, follow-ups, and converting potential leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Lead Generation
✅ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company offerings.
✅ Respond to incoming inquiries and resolve customer queries.
✅ Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
2. Sales & Product Promotion
✅ Promote and sell company products or services.
✅ Persuade customers to book appointments, demos, or site visits.
✅ Assist the sales team in closing deals.
3. Follow-ups & Relationship Management
✅ Follow up with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
✅ Maintain good relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
✅ Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
4. Database Management & Reporting
✅ Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
