Female Tele Sales Executive - Real Estate (Nalasopara, Mumbai)

Introduction

A Female Tele Sales Executive in Real Estate is responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, and converting inquiries into site visits or sales appointments. She acts as the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a crucial role in the sales and marketing strategy of a real estate organization.

This position demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling high-volume calls, nurturing leads, and following up consistently to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Telecalling & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.

  • Introduce and explain real estate projects, properties, and investment options.

  • Identify prospects and qualify leads for further follow-up by the sales team.

  • Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to convert inquiries into appointments.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport with potential clients and provide accurate information about properties.

  • Address queries, doubts, and concerns regarding property specifications, pricing, and legal aspects.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication.

  • Develop long-term relationships with leads to increase repeat business and referrals.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Sales Support

  • Schedule site visits and appointments with interested clients.

  • Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and property presentations.

  • Track the progress of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.

4. Marketing Support

  • Support marketing campaigns by calling leads generated through online and offline channels.

  • Inform clients about promotions, discounts, and new launches.

  • Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

  • Participate in campaigns to enhance brand visibility in the real estate market.

5. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and client interactions in CRM software.

  • Update lead details as hot, warm, or cold prospects for efficient follow-up.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion, follow-ups, and appointment status.

  • Share insights and feedback with the management to improve processes and campaigns.

6. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely closure of leads.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align telecalling efforts with ongoing campaigns.

  • Communicate client preferences, objections, and requirements to internal teams.

  • Support events, property exhibitions, and digital campaigns through telecalling efforts.
