Job Description
We are hiring female telecaller who is passionate about wellness, have sales experience, and are comfortable discussing topics related to sexual healing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads regarding counselling services including mental, emotional, relationship, and sexual healing support
- Answer incoming calls and guide clients with compassion and clarity
- Convert leads into paid consultations or therapy sessions
- Follow up with prospects and manage communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain and update client records using CRM tools
- Coordinate with therapists and counsellors for appointment scheduling
- Handle sensitive client concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Languages Required:
- Hindi (Fluent)
- English (Fluent)
- Tamil (Preferred)
- Kannada (Preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Confident and comfortable talking about sexual wellness and healing
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email handling)
- Should be willing to work from our Greater Noida office
