Job Overview
The Female Telecaller for Loan Recovery will handle outbound calls to customers with pending bank loans, personal loans, home loans, or other credit products. The telecaller will explain payment details, EMI schedules, and outstanding amounts, motivating customers to clear their dues on time. The role focuses on customer interaction, recovery follow-ups, and target achievement, ensuring high recovery rates for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Telecalling

Make daily outbound calls to customers with pending EMIs or overdue loan amounts.

Explain repayment schedules, total dues, and payment options clearly.

Persuade and convince customers to clear their outstanding payments within deadlines.

Maintain a polite and professional tone during customer interactions.
2. Loan Recovery Process

Follow up with customers regularly to ensure timely payment collection.

Handle objections and negotiate repayment plans when required.

Escalate critical cases to the recovery manager for further assistance.

Coordinate with the accounts team to confirm successful payments and update records.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers while achieving recovery targets.

Address customer queries regarding EMIs, payment modes, and settlement offers.

Educate customers on the importance of maintaining a healthy credit score by paying on time.
4. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of calls made, promises to pay, and payment follow-ups.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports to the manager.

Update the CRM system or loan recovery software with the latest customer information.
5. Team Coordination

Work closely with the recovery manager for guidance and support.

Participate in team meetings to discuss recovery strategies and performance updates.

Share feedback from customers to improve the overall loan recovery process.
