Job Description
Job Summary:
A Female Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to communicate with potential or existing customers. The primary objective is to promote products or services, generate leads, support customer queries, or gather feedback—depending on the business requirement. This role is a key part of the sales and customer service process, requiring excellent verbal communication skills, politeness, and a confident approach.
The ideal candidate is someone who is well-spoken, patient, organized, and able to connect with people over the phone while achieving daily call targets and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the contact list or leads provided.

Introduce the company’s products/services and explain their features and benefits.

Convince customers to take interest, book appointments, or make purchases, depending on the campaign.

Follow up on previous interactions to maintain customer engagement and improve conversion chances.
2. Inbound Call Handling:

Receive incoming customer calls and address their queries regarding products, services, or orders.

Provide information clearly and accurately to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Forward calls to relevant departments when queries are beyond the telecaller’s scope.
3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

Identify potential leads during calls and share qualified leads with the sales or marketing team.

Maintain a structured follow-up schedule to convert interested prospects into customers.

Keep customers informed about ongoing promotions, discounts, or new product launches.
4. Database Management:

Maintain and update customer databases and call logs with details of each interaction.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of records in CRM or Excel sheets.

Tag calls as per outcome (interested, not interested, callback, converted, etc.).
5. Customer Service & Feedback:

Collect customer feedback and suggestions and report them to management for improvement.

Assist in resolving minor complaints or issues raised during the call.

Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team and follow up for resolution.
6. Reporting & Coordination:

Submit daily or weekly reports on call volume, success rate, and customer responses.

Coordinate with sales executives, marketing teams, or customer support as needed.

Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated with company products and call guidelines.
Key Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, or regional language

Polite, respectful, and persuasive communication style

Active listening and ability to understand customer needs

Confidence and clarity while speaking on the phone

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word)
