Role and Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to a list of potential or existing customers.
Follow a script or a set of guidelines provided by the company.
Customer Service: Provide information about products or services.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
Maintain Customer Database: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.
Communication Skills: Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
Handle Objections: Address customer concerns or objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments as necessary.
Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
Time Management: Efficiently manage time to make a high volume of calls and achieve daily or weekly targets.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of conversations, transactions, and leads.
Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to supervisors and participate in training programs to improve performance.
Compliance: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to telemarketing activities.
Location: Please apply only if the candidate can daily commute to our office in Tollygunj, Kolkata as this is not a work from home job.
