Job description
Salary Range : Rs. 10000 - Rs. 15000 , based on skills, experience, and interview performance
Educational Requirement : 10th / 12th Pass
Language : Kannada / English / Hindi etc..
Work Arrangement : Work From Office
Product : Bank Loans
Gender Preference : Female only
Skills Requirement : No predefined skills necessary
Experience Requirement : Fresher / Experience
Location : Banaswadi
Working Hours : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation:
-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote various bank loan products (personal, home, car loans, etc.).

Qualify leads by assessing the customer’s loan needs and financial situation.

Provide detailed information about loan options, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment plans.
2. Customer Support and Relationship Building:
-
Address customer queries, concerns, and provide clarity regarding the bank’s loan services.

Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with customers, ensuring that their needs are addressed promptly.

Guide customers through the loan application process, including document submission and approval steps.
3. Sales and Conversion:
-
Encourage customers to apply for loans by explaining the benefits and advantages of choosing the bank’s loan products.

Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in applying for a loan and help them proceed with their applications.

Close sales and meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for loan applications and customer conversions.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Report customer feedback and insights to the sales manager to improve processes and identify market trends.

Ensure that all loan application documentation is accurate and complete.
5. Compliance and Accuracy:
-
Ensure that all communications with customers are in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory standards.

Provide customers with accurate information regarding loan terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria.
