Job Description

Job Summary: We are hiring a female telecaller to generate leads for our clothing business and insurance services. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding clothing and insurance offerings.
Clearly communicate product/service details and generate interest.

Identify and qualify leads, and maintain a daily call report.
Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Maintain a polite and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Work towards achieving monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Good spoken communication in [Languages – e.g., Hindi, English].

Basic knowledge of clothing products and insurance is a plus.

Confident, motivated, and able to handle customer objections.
Polite and persuasive speaking ability.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, email, and CRM software.
