Female Telecaller - Photography Studio
Job Description
We are looking for a Female Telecaller to join our photography studio team. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, explaining our photography services to potential customers, booking appointments, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to create a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Communication
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Explain studio services such as event photography, portraits, wedding shoots, candid photography, product shoots, etc.
Answer customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about packages and pricing.
Appointment Booking & Scheduling
Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and photo sessions.
Maintain and update booking records and calendars.
Remind clients of upcoming shoots and ensure smooth scheduling.
Lead Conversion & Sales Support
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication.
Share details of special offers, promotions, and customized packages.
Support the studio team in achieving monthly sales and booking targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
Ensure a friendly, helpful, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Administrative Support
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and appointments.
Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports for management.
Provide support in studio operations as and when required.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.
Friendly, polite, and confident telephone manner.
Ability to explain services clearly and persuasively.
Good listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or call recording software).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications
Minimum: 10th/2th Pass.
Additional training in communication, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
