Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and experienced Female Telecaller Team Leader to lead a team of telecallers responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales or service targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills along with hands-on experience in outbound calling, telesales, or telemarketing.
This position requires someone who is both target-driven and people-focused, capable of motivating a team while ensuring top-quality customer interaction and achieving operational goals.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level

Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts, and drive motivation.

Communication: Strong verbal communication in Hindi, English, or local languages as required.
