2. Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.tech ( Freshers/pursuing)

3. Location: Across Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Installations of fiber solution and ensuring best customer experience.

2. Understand & Provide resolution to customer issues, acquire & onboard new customers.

3. Understand customer requirement to offer advance/ relevant Solutions to them.

4. Assisting technician (Jio Fiber Engineer) in execution of fiber installation & closing service calls.
