Field Application Engineer Job in Cadspro Technologies at Vijaya Nagar, Bangalore

Location: Chandra Layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Applicants are welcome from either a design background or a technical consultant background.   The candidate should have experience of SOLIDWORKS portfolio of design software  working within a team providing telephone and remote technical support to engineering companies. Delivering classroom-based product training. Supporting customers and internal staff with technical queries face to face, by telephone and via email.  Being an ambassador during all customer interactions and acting as a role model for the behaviours which will develop a truly service orientated business.  Pre-sales, Post-sales, Training and Support on the customer place for each business transaction.  Participate in root cause investigations using CAD troubleshooting techniques to identify and implement improvements and resolve issues.  Participate in the global CAD community to develop new ideas for demo standards.  Presenting Technical Demo and technical presentation to benchmark to ensure the customer need.  The ability to work with our customer base across a wide range of industries providing proactive advice and exceptional customer service.   Complete the customer engagement activity assigned to you by our parent company Dassault Systemes, SOLIDWORKS and document the same by engaging with your team Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.  Write technical articles/blogs, record screen capture video of software processes for publishing to the organizations technical blog ✓ Proactive calling to the customers to understand the software usage and performance and troubleshoot issues if any. 

PERSON PROFILE:  BE/B.Tech in Mechanical stream or Automotive or Aeronautical  minimum of 2 years in industry designing mechanical products.  SOLIDWORKS CSWP / CSWE certification is add-on for this job.  Those with previous CAD technical support experience would be at an advantage. Good knowledge in CAD Domain on Solidworks   Proficient in English  2-wheeler is Mandatory with valid Driving License.  Strong technical and analytical skills.  Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.  Document the support activity in the CRM system. Escalate the customer issues to the next level technical member.  Willing to travel within India. 

Immediate Joining Company Salary & Benefits ✓ Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Leaves: 1 leave per month in the Probation period, and later 2 leaves per month. Annual Increment: Performance-based annual increment w.e.f 1st April 2022.  Covid Insurance Coverage.   Petrol Allowance.
