Job Description
. Visit farmer fields on a timely basis & monitor production activities.
· Assist farmer in production techniques. (Sowing, Maintaining, Chemical Spraying etc.)
· Report daily findings to supervisor.
· Ensure proper packing/tagging of all seed to be sent for processing.
· Ensure adherence of SOP/ Quality checks.
· Understanding the best practices for cultivation of crops
. Helping Farmers in producing crops in their targeted areasKey Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to assigned farmer fields to monitor crop production activities.

Assist farmers in various stages of cultivation, including:

Sowing
-
Crop maintenance
-
Fertilizer and chemical application
-

Provide guidance and share best practices for improving crop yield and quality.

Record and report daily field observations and activities to the supervisor.

Ensure proper tagging and packing of seed lots to be sent for processing.

Verify that all seed handling and production processes follow standard SOPs and quality control measures.

Support in organizing field demonstrations and farmer training sessions when required.

Maintain positive relationships with farmers and field partners to ensure smooth operations.
