Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support and Retail Visits

Visit small retail shops, juice centers, street vendors, and supermarkets in the assigned area daily.

Promote and sell coconut water products by explaining benefits and encouraging trials or purchases.

Deliver product samples, promotional materials, or point-of-sale displays (if applicable).

Ensure product availability and visibility at the retail level.

Take product orders from shopkeepers or vendors and report to the sales office for processing.
Product Delivery and Display

Transport packaged coconut water cartons or units to retailers and local sales points (manual or using two-wheeler).

Ensure proper stacking, storage, and display of products at shops to attract customers.

Check product quality and expiration dates during deliveries.

Assist in setting up stalls, counters, or coolers at events, exhibitions, or promotional areas if required.
Customer Relationship and Feedback

Build good relationships with shop owners, roadside vendors, and customers to encourage repeat sales.

Answer basic questions about product quality, health benefits, pricing, and availability.

Gather customer feedback and report issues like product complaints or slow-moving stock to the supervisor.
Promotional Activities

Distribute leaflets, offer product samples, or assist in executing small campaigns (e.g., buy 1 get 1 offers).

Support sales or marketing team during events, local health drives, or festivals to promote coconut water.

Create visibility for the brand in public areas or near high-traffic locations.
Daily Reporting and Coordination

Report daily work, including number of visits, product sold/delivered, and new leads identified.

Maintain records of orders taken, payments collected (if applicable), and retailer feedback.

Coordinate with the sales team to manage inventory, new deliveries, and marketing materials.
