Job Description
Qualification : 10th/12th/any degree
* Skills : Good Communication Skills , Basic Excel , Punctuality , Coordinate with team, Risk Management , Debt Recovery Agent, , Filed Collection Experiences, Banking collection, Card and loan collection, Payment collection
Key Responsibilities
1. Payment Collection & Recovery
-
Visit customers at their residential or business addresses to collect pending payments.
-
Follow up on overdue accounts, EMIs, and loan repayments as per company guidelines.
-
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining professionalism.
2. Customer Relationship Management
-
Communicate with customers clearly and politely to explain payment terms and settlement options.
-
Build good relationships with customers to ensure smooth collections and future compliance.
-
Address customer concerns and provide solutions regarding billing and payment issues.
3. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, payments collected, and pending accounts.
-
Submit collection reports and payment receipts to the concerned department.

Update customer account details in the company’s CRM system.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
-
Collaborate with the accounts, finance, and customer support teams for smooth operations.
-
Share feedback and insights regarding customer payment behavior and challenges faced during collections.
5. Compliance & Policy Adherence
-
Follow company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical practices during collections.
-
Handle customers with sensitivity and professionalism, especially in difficult situations.
