Job Description
Department: Collection and Recovery Management
Product: Personal Loan (PL) and Business Loan (BL)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Assignment based on nearest available working area)

Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Education: Minimum 12th pass

Experience in Personal Loan (PL) and Business Loan (BL) collection is preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle field work and work independently

Responsible for recovering allocated delinquent debts.

Monitor and manage collections as per days past due (DPD) buckets and in alignment with company policy.

Drive recovery efforts within an assigned area/territory in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Conduct frequent field visits to ensure timely follow-up and recovery of dues.

Track daily collection activities at the micro level.

Maintain and update daily dashboards and submit reports to the team.
