Field Coordinator Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Gurugram

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day field activities and site operations.

Coordinate with field engineers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.

Plan and allocate manpower based on project/site requirements.

Track daily site progress and ensure activities are completed within timelines.

Coordinate material availability and movement to project sites.

Monitor installation, commissioning, maintenance, and other field activities as applicable.

Follow up with field teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Identify field-level issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Escalate critical issues and delays to the Project/Operations Manager.

Maintain daily activity reports, site reports, trackers, and MIS.

Collect and verify site-related documents, photographs, checklists, and completion reports.

Coordinate site visits, access requirements, permits, and other field logistics.
