JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan the daily activities and work related requirements including work output and quality of the credit appraisals conducted
Perform KYC/ due diligence of customers by acquiring required documentation and spot visit of his/her house
Attend and conduct weekly SHG meetings held in centers in various villages of Sreejan's branch area
Collection of loan application forms, documentation and completion of loan approval and related work within the specified norms and specified turn around time
Visit new villages, survey new groups and admit new members for Sreejan's products and services
Maintain and enhance CRM database by acquiring new customers and introduce Sreejan's products to them
Timely follow-up and escalation if any repayment issue occurs
Perform analytical / quantitative analysis of the trends of loan portfolio repayments and customer base on a weekly and monthly basis.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for branch manager and senior management
Data entry into MIS and accounting systems covering his daily activities
Attend internal and external training from time-to-time - continuous learning on the job
Any other work as may be assigned by superiors/ management from time to time
