Job Objectives
Credit Quality of Portfolio
1. Quality of Field Underwriting
2. Effective Branch decisioning of sourced loan applications
3. Monitor/manage deviations
Support Credit Policy (PPG) & product improvements
2. Provide Market Insights
3. Contribute in Product Improvement
Service Quality of Credit Processes
1. Manage TAT - Capacity Planning, work scheduling, root cause analyses
2.Manage Sales Rework / Monitor process errors
3.Support the Repeat Loan Process as specified during the year
Productivity & Cost effectiveness
1. Monitor & improve flow through
2. Staff productivity
Build Staff Competence
1. Performance Review & reward
2. Staff Competence management
3. Recognition programs & culture building
4. Staff Retention program
Compliance & Audit
1. Set up Compliance program for dept.
2. Branch visits
3. Periodic Monitoring/ Health check
- UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
- PG : Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
- Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required, Any Doctorate in Any Specialization
