Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Activation
- Install DTH systems at customer locations including dish antenna, set-top box, cabling, and accessories.
- Align satellite dish accurately for optimal signal quality.
- Activate new connections and educate customers on usage.
Service & Maintenance
- Attend service calls and resolve technical issues related to signal, hardware, wiring, or software.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks.
- Replace faulty components when required.
Customer Support
- Provide professional customer service and ensure high satisfaction.
- Explain product features, packages, and service guidelines.
- Handle complaints efficiently and close tickets within SLA.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain job sheets, installation reports, and service logs.
- Update service status through company systems or apps.
- Report material usage and field observations.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow company installation standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain proper care of tools and equipment.
