Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site laptop and desktop troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues, implement solutions.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade laptop and desktop components and software.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks.
  • Travel to customer sites using a bike for transportation.
  • Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide timely technical support and guidance to end-users.

Requirements:

  • Any degree or equivalent.
  • Laptop and desktop hardware repair experience.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Valid driver's license and own bike.
  • Flexibility to travel and work extended hours
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
