Job Description
We are looking for field executive for customer point of verification (FI) for reputed banks
Required skills:
- Good Communication Skill.
- Basic knowledge about loan documents
- Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
Key Responsibilities:

Field Verification Activities:
-
Visit customer-provided addresses (residential and/or office) as part of pre-sanction or post-sanction processes.

Verify the physical presence of the customer at the stated address.

Collect supporting documents such as address proof, ID proof, income documents, photographs, etc.

Confirm the customer’s occupation, tenure at the address, and other lifestyle indicators based on predefined checklists.

Customer Interaction:
-
Meet with customers professionally and courteously during field visits.
-
Explain the purpose of the visit and gather any additional information required.

Capture details through structured interviews or questionnaires.
-
Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times.

Data Collection and Reporting:
-
Take geo-tagged photographs of the premises and/or customer as per standard protocols.

Submit verification reports via digital apps, email, or physical formats as required.

Provide accurate, honest, and complete inputs without bias or assumptions.
-
Flag any discrepancies or red flags to supervisors immediately.

Compliance and Documentation:

Follow all internal bank guidelines, KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and RBI norms during verification.

Ensure all documents are collected, signed, and uploaded properly.

Avoid data tampering, misrepresentation, or any form of unethical conduct.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

Liaise with backend operations, credit risk, and sales teams for timely updates.

Report visit statuses, customer feedback, and documentation issues to the concerned department.

Take feedback constructively and attend review or training sessions as needed.

Technology and Tools Usage:

Use mobile apps or web-based systems provided by the bank or verification agency to report real-time updates.

Ensure all devices (smartphones, tablets) are maintained in good working condition.

Maintain digital security and restrict unauthorized use of official apps or data.
