A Field Executive Engineer working under a Government-based program is responsible for on-site project execution, data collection, documentation, and uploading reports in designated apps. The role involves field visits, ensuring compliance with government guidelines, coordinating with authorities, and maintaining accurate records of project progress.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Operations & Site Visits
- Conduct on-site inspections of government projects, infrastructure, or assigned locations.
- Collect technical data, images, and reports as per project requirements.
- Ensure that work is completed according to government policies, safety standards, and deadlines.
2. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, project updates, and compliance documents.
- Gather required documents from stakeholders and ensure accuracy before submission.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical specifications, approvals, and field records.
3. App-Based Data Uploads
- Upload reports, images, and technical data on the assigned government portals or mobile applications.
- Ensure real-time updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to the app or data submission.
4. Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with government officials, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a bridge between field teams and higher authorities for approvals and updates.
- Report challenges or on-ground issues to the respective government department.
5. Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure that field activities comply with government regulations and quality standards.
- Follow protocols for surveying, inspections, and verification of work.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed at project sites.
