Operational Responsibility

Responsible for undertaking Area Survey under the supervision of BM.
Conduct area meeting in the newer areas as directed by BM.
Responsible for client selection, group formation, and centre formation.
Responsible for maintaining centre discipline along with Group Leaders and providing them Continuous Group training (CGT) on timely basis.
Responsible for filling the Member’s Account Opening Form and loan appraisal forms
Assist BM at the time of disbursement of loans to the group
Responsible for collection of repayment on timely basis from the group as per specified schedule

Customer Relationship

Should maintain cordial relationship with clients and treat them with respect.
Make them comfortable and helps them in understanding the process and clarify all doubts from time to time.

Documentation

Responsible for maintaining client level record and update it on daily basis.
Complete all the records related to group formation, loan origination, disbursement, repayment, MIS, accounts and other reports

Other Responsibility

Responsible for the security of documents and assets at the Branch.
Interact with BM on daily basis and compulsorily attend the Staff meeting at the branch.
