Opportunity for young freshers and professionals to work as Field Survey & Transactions Executive in technology-driven commercial real estate company growing nationally.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conducting property availability survey activity (data collection) of available office spaces on a daily basis across allotted locations (Gurgaon/ New Delhi / Noida), according to weekly & monthly survey plan, adhering to due processes.
Maintaining relationship with property owners and property managers and ensuring regular updation of related contact and commercial data.
Assisting the Transactions Team in searching and matching properties based on client requirements and creating comprehensive shortlists.
Ensuring daily updation and consistent adequacy of relevant commercial property data in mobile and web app based on training and directions.
Assisting the Transactions Team in conducting client property visits.
Conducting periodic calls as directed for updation and verification of commercial property data and for commercial negotiation.
Gathering market information and intelligence based on training and direction.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Compensation: As per industry standards (Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives)

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th / Diploma Holder. (Graduation preferred.)
Candidate must have a self-owned Two-wheeler.
Should have a basic knowledge of Excel, Spreadsheets, Data Entry.
Should have basic fluency in English and Hindi.
Interpersonal skills & time-management skills.
Professionally groomed high energy individuals.
Eagerness to grow and to learn new technologies and processes.
