Job Description
Designation: Field Executive
The candidate will need to: Evaluate new Real estate supply options in the marketConduct property search through fieldwork.
Search for property listings from newspapers and online advertisements.
Collect data and information on projects/properties from Builders.
Follow up with BUILDERS/Landlords for relevant updated information.
Manage daily routine calls.
Study various Real estate projects and present their unique features to clients.
Follow up on Leads,Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer options
Follow up with the potential buyers over mail, phone, or
in-person as required to make the sale. Accompany clients' on-site visits and presented the property to them.
Basic knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools
Must have its own conveyance. Prior Real Estate experience is an advantage. Freshers are welcome, Educational qualifications are not stressed.
