Job Description

We are looking for a Field Executive to provide customer support and assist with electronic product repairs. The candidate must have a bike (compulsory) and be willing to travel to customer locations.

Visit customer homes/offices to inspect and diagnose electronic products like LED TVs, projectors, refrigerators, ACs, washing machines, etc.

Picked up faulty products and delivered them to the service center for repairs.

After servicing, return the repaired products to the customers.

Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of repairs.

Maintain records of pick-up and drop-off details.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Site Customer Support

Visit customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and repair electronic products.
Provide demonstrations and guidance on product usage and maintenance.
Address customer complaints and service requests efficiently.

2. Product Repairs & Troubleshooting

Diagnose issues related to electronic devices, appliances, or equipment.
Repair or replace faulty parts and ensure proper functioning.
Coordinate with the technical team for complex repairs.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and customer interactions.
Generate reports on common issues and customer feedback.
Update CRM or service management software with job details.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional and timely support.
Educate customers on preventive maintenance and best practices.
Gather feedback to improve service quality and product performance.

5. Coordination & Compliance

Work closely with the service center and warehouse team for spare parts and inventory.
Follow company guidelines on safety and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with warranty policies and service protocols.
