Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a Field Executive to provide on-site customer support and assist with electronic product repairs. The ideal candidate should have technical troubleshooting skills, be comfortable working in the field, and possess a bike (compulsory) for travel.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Site Customer Support & Troubleshooting

Visit customer locations to provide technical assistance and product repairs.
Diagnose issues and perform minor repairs or replacements for electronic products.
Educate customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

2. Product Repairs & Maintenance

Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and maintenance of electronic products.
Report complex issues to the technical team for further resolution.
Maintain records of customer visits, repairs, and feedback.

3. Logistics & Coordination

Pick up and deliver replacement parts or repaired products when required.
Coordinate with the service center and customer care team for escalations.
Ensure timely completion of assigned service requests.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of service visits, issues resolved, and parts used.
Submit daily reports on tasks completed and pending cases.
Ensure adherence to service protocols and customer satisfaction guidelines.
