Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Visits & Relationship Management

Visit customers, prospects, and vendors to understand their requirements.

Build and maintain long-term relationships to foster loyalty.

Address queries, provide information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Sales & Business Development
-
Promote and sell company products/services to target customers.

Generate leads through direct visits, cold calling, and networking.

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
3. Market Research & Data Collection

Conduct surveys, collect customer feedback, and gather competitor intelligence.

Identify potential areas for expansion and recommend strategies to management.
4. Coordination & Reporting
-
Maintain proper communication between field operations and office staff.

Prepare daily/weekly visit reports with details of meetings, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods or services.
5. Promotional Activities
-
Participate in on-ground marketing campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Distribute promotional material and demonstrate products where applicable.
6. Issue Resolution
-
Handle client concerns, complaints, or service delays.

Coordinate with relevant departments for quick problem resolution.
