Position Overview
A Field Executive is responsible for carrying out on-ground operations, customer interactions, and field-related activities that directly support business growth and service delivery. Unlike office-based roles, a Field Executive spends significant time in the field, engaging with customers, vendors, or partners, ensuring that company operations are executed smoothly at the ground level.
This role is best suited for individuals who are energetic, proactive, and confident in handling customer engagement, on-site operations, and reporting tasks. A Field Executive must be adaptable, ready to travel within assigned areas, and capable of bridging the gap between the company’s internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Service

Meet and interact with customers, vendors, or partners in the field to promote company products/services.

Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction.

Collect customer feedback and relay it to the management team for continuous improvement.

Assist in onboarding new customers by explaining processes, documentation, and usage guidelines.
2. Sales & Business Development Support

Support the sales team by identifying potential leads in the field.

Promote products and services to prospective customers during field visits.

Work towards achieving individual and team targets by converting prospects into clients.

Distribute marketing materials, conduct demonstrations, or showcase product benefits in local markets.
3. Operational Tasks

Execute fieldwork such as delivery coordination, documentation, and verification as required.

Conduct surveys, collect data, and generate insights from field activities.

Ensure smooth execution of on-ground events, campaigns, or promotional activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve field-related operational challenges.
4. Monitoring & Reporting

Maintain accurate daily logs of field activities, visits, and customer interactions.

Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and market insights to managers.

Track competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends observed in the market.

Suggest improvements to enhance field efficiency and customer acquisition.
5. Compliance & Process Adherence

Ensure all field activities are carried out in compliance with company policies.

Handle customer documentation, KYC verification, or payment collections as required.

Safeguard company resources, maintain professionalism, and represent the company brand in a positive manner.
