About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing advertising campaigns on-ground, managing brand visibility, collecting data from the field, and coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure smooth implementation of advertisement patterns.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing advertising campaigns on-ground, managing brand visibility, collecting data from the field, and coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure smooth implementation of advertisement patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor advertisement patterns in designated field locations.
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to ensure proper placement and visibility of advertisements (e.g. banners, posters, hoardings, digital screens).
• Visit assigned areas to survey locations, monitor ad performance, and capture photographic evidence.
• Liaise with local vendors, media agencies, and authorities for permits and execution.
• Ensure brand guidelines are strictly followed during the execution of field campaigns.
• Report daily progress, footfall data, and any issues observed on the ground.
• Handle basic troubleshooting or escalation in case of issues with advertisement materials.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and data collection activities when required.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Previous experience in fieldwork, advertising, or marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Basic knowledge of advertising mediums and branding.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
