Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execution of Field Marketing Activities
-
Execute and coordinate outdoor marketing campaigns, events, roadshows, product demos, and promotional activities at strategic locations such as malls, residential complexes, schools, colleges, and business hubs.

Set up banners, stalls, displays, and booths for promotional purposes.

Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials to potential customers.
-
Promote brand messages directly to consumers through face-to-face engagement.
2. Lead Generation and Customer Outreach

Identify and approach prospective customers in the field to promote company products/services.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing, and collect customer information for follow-up.

Collect leads by conducting door-to-door campaigns, street marketing, or participating in local events.

Maintain a daily record of leads collected and customer interactions.
3. Brand Awareness and Visibility
-
Increase local awareness of the brand through physical presence and visibility.

Ensure that brand signage, merchandising, and messaging are consistent and placed in high-traffic areas.

Monitor local competitor activities and report market insights to the marketing team.
4. Relationship Building
-
Build relationships with local vendors, retailers, apartment societies, community organizers, and other local influencers to facilitate marketing activities.

Develop partnerships for co-promotional events and mutually beneficial marketing initiatives.
5. Reporting and Feedback

Submit daily/weekly reports detailing field activities, lead status, campaign outcomes, customer feedback, and challenges encountered.

Share on-ground insights and suggestions to help optimize future campaigns.

Use mobile apps, CRM tools, or forms to capture field data in real-time when required.
6. Event Support and Coordination

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and exhibitions.

Ensure proper setup and smooth functioning of company stalls at events.

Interact with event attendees, gather contact details, and provide information about the company’s offerings.
7. Target Achievement and Accountability

Work towards achieving individual and team marketing targets such as number of leads generated, footfalls increased, and promotional reach.

Follow guidelines and objectives provided by the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader brand goals.
