Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management

Meet clients in person to understand their property requirements or to present suitable property options.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, pricing, and legal aspects.
2. Property Sourcing and Listing

Identify and list new properties for sale or rent by liaising with property owners, builders, and developers.

Verify property details, collect required documentation, and update the internal database.

Maintain a portfolio of available properties in assigned locations.
3. Site Visits and Inspections

Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers or tenants.

Ensure the property is well-presented during inspections.

Provide accurate location details and explain the advantages of the property and surrounding area.
4. Negotiation and Deal Closure Support

Facilitate negotiations between property owners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Coordinate with the legal and documentation team for smooth completion of sale/rental agreements.

Assist in payment collection and handover formalities.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on current market trends, property rates, and new developments.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for better positioning in the market.
6. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and deal progress.

Submit daily/weekly activity reports to management.

Ensure proper filing of agreements, receipts, and correspondence.
7. Coordination with Internal Teams

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

8. Promotional and Networking Activities

Participate in real estate exhibitions, events, and roadshows to generate leads.

Build a professional network of brokers, agents, and industry contacts to expand property sourcing channels.
