Key Responsibilities
Property Inspection and Site Visits
Conducting regular site visits to assess available properties for leasing.
Inspecting properties for quality, maintenance, and compliance with company standards.
Reporting property conditions, discrepancies, or necessary improvements to management.
Client Engagement and Coordination
Meeting prospective tenants and clients to understand their leasing requirements.
Showcasing properties, highlighting key features, and answering client queries.
Acting as a liaison between clients and property owners to facilitate smooth transactions.
Leasing and Documentation Support
Assisting in preparing and reviewing lease agreements and related documentation.
Ensuring that all legal, financial, and administrative formalities are completed accurately.
Coordinating with internal teams to process payments, deposits, and other lease-related transactions.
Market Research and Analysis
Gathering market intelligence regarding property demand, rental trends, and competitor offerings.
Identifying potential properties for lease acquisition or client recommendations.
Providing feedback to management for strategic decision-making and pricing.
Property Owner Relations
Maintaining regular communication with property owners regarding leasing status.
Advising owners on rental rates, market trends, and property improvements.
Ensuring owners’ expectations are met while maintaining company standards.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up
Identifying potential clients through on-ground outreach, networking, and referrals.
Following up with inquiries, leads, and previous clients to maximize lease opportunities.
Recording all interactions and updates in the company’s CRM system for reference.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Collaborating with sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Supporting the operations team in managing property databases and listings.
Communicating client feedback and concerns to relevant departments for resolution.
Reporting and Documentation
Preparing regular reports on site visits, client meetings, property inspections, and lease updates.
Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions, property details, and leasing transactions.
Submitting reports to the field manager or regional supervisor for review.
Customer Service Excellence
Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct during client and property interactions.
Building trust and credibility with tenants, clients, and property owners.
Compliance and Safety
Ensuring that all property inspections and leasing activities comply with legal and company policies.
Following safety protocols during site visits, especially at under-construction or vacant properties.
Reporting any hazards, maintenance issues, or legal concerns immediately to management.
