Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of delivery riders (bike/scooter-based).
  • Source candidates through field activities, job portals, referrals, and local networks.
  • Conduct walk-in drives, field campaigns, and hiring events in targeted areas.
  • Screen candidates based on eligibility (license, vehicle, documents, etc.).
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and joining processes.
  • Maintain daily recruitment trackers and meet hiring targets.
  • Build strong pipelines for bulk hiring requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations teams for demand planning and fulfillment.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience during recruitment and onboarding
