Job Description

We are looking for energetic field interns to visit workshops, fabrication units, and job sites to demonstrate abrasives and tools, educate users on their benefits, and generate usage trials. This role is ideal for technically skilled individuals who enjoy hands-on work, product application, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

Visit end-users (welders, fabricators, grinders, etc.) in industrial clusters or marketplaces
Conduct live product demonstrations (grinding wheels, flap discs, buffing solutions, etc.)
Explain product advantages such as faster cut rates, longer life, and safety benefits (he will be trained by Company)
Capture feedback and usage behavior, and report daily field activities
Support local dealer/distributor teams during activations and roadshows

Influence product trials and facilitate conversions into orders
