Job Description

MICRO FINANCE - JLG SALES AND COLLECTION

1.SALARY-RS.13,500 TO RS.45,000 WITH SALES INCENTIVES + COLLECTION INCENTIVES + PRODUCT INCENTIVES.

2.WEEKLY PETROL ALLOWANCES

5.TWO WHEELER & DRIVING LICENSE MUST

Key Responsibilities

1. Loan Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential customers for personal loans, home loans, business loans, or other financial products.

  • Visit prospects in person to explain loan features, eligibility, and repayment terms.

  • Promote loan products to meet assigned sales targets and generate business.

  • Develop strategies to acquire new clients through referrals, cold calls, and local marketing.

2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase retention and referrals.

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

  • Assist clients in comparing loan offers and selecting the best financial solution.

  • Provide after-sales support to address queries and concerns.

3. Loan Application & Documentation

  • Collect and verify all required documents from customers, such as KYC proofs, income statements, and property papers.

  • Ensure accurate completion of loan application forms and supporting documents.

  • Coordinate with the credit team to process loan applications efficiently.

  • Keep customers informed about their loan status and approval timelines.

4. Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Identify new business opportunities in target areas through field visits and networking.

  • Stay updated on competitor loan products, interest rates, and offers.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to organize loan camps, roadshows, and promotional activities.

5. Collections & Follow-Up (if applicable)

  • Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan repayments when required.

  • Coordinate with the recovery team to ensure timely collections and avoid defaults.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and sales performance.

  • Work closely with branch managers, sales coordinators, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

1. Sales Skills

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert prospects into customers.

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

  • Confident approach while pitching financial products to clients.

2. Communication Skills

  • Clear and professional communication in English and local languages.

  • Ability to explain complex loan terms in a customer-friendly manner.

  • Good listening skills to understand customer needs effectively.

3. Relationship Management

  • Building long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

  • Handling customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

  • Maintaining a customer-first attitude in all interactions.

4. Product & Market Knowledge

  • Understanding of different loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.

  • Awareness of financial market trends and competitor offerings.

  • Familiarity with basic banking and financial concepts.

5. Technical Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge to manage loan applications and reports.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital loan processing platforms.
