Job Description
The right candidates should meet the below mentioned criteria :
- Proficient in Kannada (Read, Write, Speak) / Location specific regional language.
- Owning an android smartphone is compulsory.
- Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle.
- Location specific geographical area and market knowledge.
- Should be willing to travel daily to meet sales targets.
- Complete field work.
- Onboard Taxi, Auto, Cabs to accept payment through Paytm & collect relevant documents from the Retailers & Channel Partners; Adhere to KYC process.
- Responsible for achievement of targets, deployment and maintenance of Paytm branding for transport merchants and acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets.
- Resolve merchant’s queries and coordination with internal stakeholders for quick resolution.
- Provide proper training to the merchant with Paytm App & ensure its usage of merchandising items/QR codes & stickers at the outlets.
- Capture customer/channel/merchant feedback and feed forward to team leader to improve product offering in the market.
- Remain informed and up to date with regards to, competitors activity, product knowledge and continuously strive to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform optimally.
