1. Overseeing, developing, and conducting marketing campaigns.

2.Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

3.Visit MIDC companies, enroll supervisors and workers. 

4. Participate in events for brand awareness.5. Manage incentive programs6.Travel to assigned locations for campaigns. 
Eligibility 

1. 0.6-2 years experience in marketing, preferably On Ground Marketing. Freshers can apply with excellent relevant skills. 

2. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi. Relationship-building skills and persuading power. 

3. Mandatory 2 wheeler

4. Educational Qualification- MBA/BBA in marketing/ any other graduation.
