Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive Field Marketing Executive to promote our Electrical Automation Products and Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear solutions in the field. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of electrical products, field marketing techniques, and sales processes.
As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients such as contractors, consultants, panel builders, OEMs, and industrial customers. Your role includes visiting project sites, presenting product features and benefits, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Visit project sites, industrial areas, electrical panel shops, and potential clients to promote products such as MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, contactors, relays, control panels, automation systems, etc.

Generate leads and inquiries through cold calls, field visits, and networking with key decision-makers (project engineers, purchase heads, consultants, etc.).

Demonstrate product features and provide basic technical support to clients during field visits.

Distribute brochures, catalogues, samples, and other promotional materials during visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, panel builders, and electrical consultants.

Organize and participate in site demos, product presentations, and exhibitions/trade shows.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for follow-ups, quotations, and order closures.

Collect market intelligence about ongoing and upcoming projects, competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
-
Maintain accurate daily/weekly field reports, visit logs, and lead follow-up records.
-
Ensure all marketing activities in the field align with company branding and communication standards.

Suggest improvements in marketing materials or strategy based on field feedback.
