We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products and services directly to potential customers through on-ground marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
A Field Marketing Executive serves as the face of the company, representing the brand to customers, partners, and local businesses while working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Marketing & Promotions

Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items to potential customers.

Set up stalls, kiosks, and demo counters at events, exhibitions, malls, and public locations.

Demonstrate products or services to attract customer attention and encourage inquiries.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion

Identify potential customers and pitch products or services directly to them.

Generate high-quality leads through field visits, roadshows, and local activations.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales opportunities.

Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Brand Representation

Act as the company’s representative in public events, product launches, and campaigns.

Maintain a professional and positive image of the company while interacting with customers.

Collect feedback from customers and report it to the marketing and product development teams.

Promote brand values and maintain consistent messaging in all customer interactions.
4. Event Planning & Execution

Assist in planning and coordinating local marketing events and community engagement programs.

Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, from setup to post-event analysis.

Track participation rates and measure the success of each event.

Suggest innovative marketing ideas to improve campaign impact and reach.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Conduct surveys and collect data to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior.

Analyze competitor activities in the region and identify opportunities to improve our marketing strategies.

Provide insights to the marketing team on local market trends and emerging business opportunities.

Suggest location-specific promotions and campaigns to maximize outreach.
6. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads generated, conversions, and campaign performance.

Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and goals.

Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and customer interactions.

Update management on campaign progress and recommend improvements.
