Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Field Marketing Executive to support our marketing and outreach efforts in the field. The role involves direct interaction with potential customers, retailers, distributors, or end-users depending on the industry. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be confident, and enjoy working on-ground to promote the brand, gather leads, distribute marketing materials, and execute promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Promotions & Brand Awareness:

Promote the company’s products or services through door-to-door visits, kiosk setups, field activations, or trade show participation.

Increase brand visibility in the assigned area by distributing flyers, brochures, or product samples.

Engage with passers-by, potential customers, or targeted audiences to explain offerings and encourage interest.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Support:

Identify potential customers in the assigned field location.

Gather leads through direct interaction, inquiries, or surveys.

Share qualified leads with the inside sales team or support in converting them on-ground.

Follow up with interested customers to encourage product trials or purchases.
3. Campaign Execution:

Participate in organizing on-ground marketing events, such as product demos, street promotions, campus drives, or community outreach programs.

Assist in setting up booths, banners, and display materials during events or activations.

Support in executing marketing plans designed by the central marketing team.
4. Market Research and Feedback Collection:

Gather feedback from customers and pass it to the product or marketing team.

Monitor competitor activities in the field and report insights.

Assist in surveys, questionnaires, and customer satisfaction studies.
5. Coordination and Reporting:

Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for daily activity planning and execution.

Submit daily or weekly reports on field visits, leads generated, and customer feedback.

Maintain accurate records of promotional materials distributed, activities conducted, and events supported.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th pass required; Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred.

Experience:

Field sales, marketing, brand promotion, or outreach roles experience prefer.

Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to travel are welcome.

Language: Proficiency in the local language is mandatory. Basic English or Hindi preferred.

Mobility: Must be comfortable with daily travel in the assigned territory. Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
