We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing on-the-ground marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement in target locations. You will act as a key link between our brand and the public, ensuring consistent and effective promotion of products/services across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to align field marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Identify key markets and customer segments to target for increased outreach.
- Distribute marketing materials and manage promotional assets in the field.
- Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and event organizers.
- Gather feedback and insights from the field to improve future campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all field activities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities in designated regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in field marketing, promotions, or brand activation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for marketing and customer engagement.
