Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, promoting products/services, generating leads, and supporting sales growth in targeted territories through on-ground marketing activities. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, mobility, and the ability to communicate brand messages directly to customers, retailers, and channel partners.
As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be the face of the brand in local markets—building relationships, gathering market intelligence, organizing field events, and ensuring effective execution of campaigns at the ground level. The position offers a hands-on marketing experience and a fast track for growth in sales, business development, or brand roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Promotions and Lead Generation

Conduct door-to-door marketing, street promotions, retail visits, and community engagement activities to promote products and services.

Set up booths, kiosks, and banners in residential areas, marketplaces, malls, and colleges to attract and engage prospects.

Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing while collecting contact details for follow-up.

Generate quality leads for the sales team through face-to-face interactions.
2. Event Coordination and Brand Activation

Organize on-ground brand promotion events such as roadshows, sampling drives, college outreach, society meetings, and exhibitions.

Collaborate with agencies or local vendors for event setup, permissions, logistics, and giveaways.

Ensure branding materials such as standees, brochures, merchandise, and product samples are in place.

Represent the brand professionally during events and maintain a positive public image.
3. Market Intelligence and Reporting

Collect data on competitor activities, customer preferences, market demand, and footfall during fieldwork.

Report real-time field insights to the marketing or sales team to support decision-making.

Maintain detailed records of daily visits, prospect interactions, leads generated, and customer feedback.

Prepare weekly field activity reports and submit performance data to the reporting manager.
4. Retail and Channel Partner Support

Visit dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to provide promotional materials and drive product visibility.

Conduct product demonstrations and train retailers or shop staff on product features.

Help implement POS (Point of Sale) materials and displays at strategic store locations.

Build and maintain good relationships with channel partners to support sales objectives.
5. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

Engage with potential customers directly to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.

Resolve basic customer objections and pass serious inquiries to the relevant sales personnel.

Follow up with warm leads to assist in conversion and customer onboarding.

Foster long-term customer relationships through timely support and product awareness.
6. Digital Field Integration (Optional)

Use digital tools such as mobile CRM apps, lead capture forms, or QR-based check-ins to manage field activities efficiently.

Capture photos and geo-tags of field campaigns for performance tracking and quality assurance.
