Job Title: Field Executive – Restaurant Onboarding (Target Based)
Location: [noida sec 2]Experience: 6 months–1 years (Freshers welcome)Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Executives to onboard restaurants on our platform. The role involves meeting restaurant owners, explaining our services, and completing the onboarding process. This is a target-based field role with attractive performance incentives.
* Key Responsibilities:Visit assigned restaurants daily as per route plan.Explain company services and benefits to restaurant owners.Collect and verify documents, photos, and other onboarding details.Complete restaurant registration process via mobile app or portal.Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.Maintain proper visit records and share reports with the team leader.Build and maintain good relationships with restaurant partners.
* Requirements:Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).Strong communication and convincing skills.Smartphone (Android preferred) with internet access.Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).Comfortable working in the field and achieving daily targets.
