Timings: work in any Free timing between( 9am to 8 pm)

Work location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records

Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Maintain Customer relations

Meeting or exceeding sales targets

Location specific geographical area and market knowledge

Resolve merchants queries and coordination with internal stakeholders for quick resolution

Capture customer/channel/merchant feedback and feed forward to team leader to improve product offering in the market

Remain informed and up to date with regards to competitors' activity, product knowledge and continuously strive to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform optimally
